BlueShift launches the first creative agency specializing in the hospitality and restaurant industry
BlueShift Design starts off with four “Creative Packs”
BlueShift – Achievers Make the Change has just launched a new business area specifically tailored to the needs of hospitality and restaurant companies. Named ‘BlueShift Design,’ the new division provides creative communication design services and stems from the development of the ‘Creative Services Achievement Center’ created in 2016, previously focused solely on supporting units managed by BlueShift.
Following the ‘blue ocean’ approach that guides the management and consulting group, BlueShift Design invests in an innovative and highly differentiated value proposition, positioning itself in the market as the only creative agency fully specialized in the tourism and restaurant sector. This expertise is reinforced by its active involvement in some of the major rebranding projects for hotels and units in Portugal.
As a second major differentiator in the market, the specific experience of working with international brands is highlighted, adopting tools and methodologies beyond the reach of most Portuguese companies. Examples include intensive work on implementing brand standards for international groups like Marriott International or the development of new brands for hotels, restaurants, bars, spas, and golf courses.

The new division is led by Adriana Silva, previously responsible for the ‘Creative Services Achievement Center’, who holds a Master’s degree in Communication Design and New Media from Faculdade de Belas Artes de Lisboa. According to the professional, “the tourism sector has many specificities that escape those who have never had contact with the operational and commercial reality of a hotel or restaurant. For example, communicating with guests within a hotel is different from communicating in a store or supermarket, and I believe that our in-depth knowledge of this reality makes all the difference in the end result”.
