The resort is first line of sea, offering breathtaking views over the atlantic ocean, and will feature a lobby bar and two lifestyle restaurants with spacious terraces with panoramic views. The health club will feature a gym and a spa with sauna, hamman, a double massage room and an exterior panoramic cabana for wellness treatments and activities.

Job description:

The Sales & Marketing Executive will be in chrage of sales & marketing tasks, under the supervision of the Sales & Marketing Director of Blueshift, and in close articulation with the Hotel Manager. Main responsibilities include:

  • Prepare and discuss the annual Sales & Marketing Plan;
  • Negotiate and contract with sales and distribution channels (OTAs, tiur operators, luxury agencies, DMCs, etc.);
  • Promote the property in trade fairs, door-to-door visits, sales calls and other activities;
  • Monitor and stimulate the central support sales and marketing teams of the brand to optimize the performance of the sales, distribution and marketing system;
  • Organize and coordinate fam trips and other commercial visits, in close articulation with the Hotel Mamager;
  • Direct and supervise the work of the marketing provider(s) in charge of onlime marketing and social media content management;
  • Direct and supervise the work of the PR media agency in charge of communication;
  • Manage the property’s website and the property’s pages in the international brand website, OTAs and other platforms;
  • Coordinate the development and production of any online and offline marketing collateral

Requisites:

  • Minimum experience of 5 years in both sales and marketing assignments;
  • Sales-oriented, with a flair for sales and drive to close deals;
  • Strong sense of responsibility and initiative;
  • Communicative, empathic and flexible for team work;
  • Available to travle in Portugal and abroad;
  • Organized and assertive in their work;
  • Flexible with task assignment and working hours;
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English;
  • Ambitious and motivated to grow within the organization.
