Diana Soeiro joins BlueShift
The executive will take on the ‘Sales Achievement Center’ at BlueShift and the Commercial Management of Sublime Comporta
BlueShift – Achievers Make the Change has just reinforced its team of functional experts with the appointment of Diana Soeiro to lead the ‘Sales Achievement Center,’ a group structure that gathers functional competencies in the commercial area, providing specialized support to different projects in hotel management and consulting.
As a strategic project, Diana Soeiro will take on the Commercial Management of Sublime Comporta, a resort managed in partnership with BlueShift, in close coordination with the owner, Gonçalo Pessoa, and the entire operational team of the unit.
Diana Soeiro will also be responsible for implementing the commercial development strategy of various business units within BlueShift – BlueShift Operations, BlueShift Consulting, BlueShift Talent, and BlueShift Design – in close collaboration with respective partners and managers.
Diana previously served as Director of Sales at Tivoli Hotels & Resorts for five years. After the acquisition of the company by Minor Hotels, she took on the role of Global Director of Sales, with responsibility for the commercial strategy of all group brands globally in the markets of Portugal, France, Monaco, Switzerland, and Benelux.
Her previous experience includes roles at Talatona Convention Hotel in Angola, Westin Campo Real, Grupo Pestana Pousadas, Corinthia Alfa Hotel, and Grupo Continental. Diana holds a degree in Tourism and Marketing from the University of Algarve, a specialization in Marketing from ISCTE/INDEG, and an Executive Master’s in Hotel Management from the Portuguese Catholic University.
