Tal \u00e9 a frequ\u00eancia e banalidade do tema, que muitos interlocutores com quem discuto o mesmo, o abordam com uma postura de resigna\u00e7\u00e3o total, como se de um flagelo inevit\u00e1vel ou intranspon\u00edvel se tratasse. Lembro-me, h\u00e1 alguns anos, de ser precisamente o cen\u00e1rio inverso. Muitos de n\u00f3s, que tinham como miss\u00e3o gerir Recursos Humanos de empresas, ansiavam por ter no final do m\u00eas ou trimestre, alguma taxa positiva de rotatividade, que comprovasse a exist\u00eancia de um certo n\u00edvel de &#8220;oxigena\u00e7\u00e3o&#8221; das equipas de ent\u00e3o, na sua maioria caracterizadas pelas elevad\u00edssimas m\u00e9dias de anos de servi\u00e7o.<\/p>\n<p>Hoje, o cen\u00e1rio n\u00e3o podia ser mais oposto. Volta-se a premiar a longevidade de colaboradores, visto ser uma caracter\u00edstica cada vez mais escassa, principalmente para a faixa de profissionais em in\u00edcio de carreira, que por defini\u00e7\u00e3o teria a miss\u00e3o de renovar com &#8220;sangue novo&#8221; as equipas que gerimos.<\/p>\n<p>No \u00e2mbito da Gest\u00e3o de Recursos Humanos, \u00e9 \u00f3ptimo contar com diversos bar\u00f3metros, que nos resumem anualmente, de forma eficaz, as tend\u00eancias que devemos ter em conta quando o tema \u00e9 o Capital Humano. Curiosamente, a interessante an\u00e1lise levada a cabo pela Deloitte em <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.deloitte.com\/insights\/us\/en\/focus\/human-capital-trends.html\"><em>2019 Global Human Capital Trends<\/em><\/a>, enumera como principais tend\u00eancias da gest\u00e3o de Recursos Humanos a observar em 2019, algumas que a meu ver j\u00e1 deviam estar no topo das preocupa\u00e7\u00f5es estrat\u00e9gicas dos l\u00edderes das nossas organiza\u00e7\u00f5es, h\u00e1 algum tempo. Tem\u00e1ticas como a &#8220;Gig Economy&#8221;, cuja relev\u00e2ncia j\u00e1 motivou a pr\u00f3pria <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eurofound.europa.eu\/observatories\/eurwork\/industrial-relations-dictionary\/gig-economy\">Uni\u00e3o Europeia<\/a> a desafiar os Estados Membros a incorporar nos seus quadros de legisla\u00e7\u00e3o laboral, mudan\u00e7as que permitam processar de forma efetiva esta realidade emergente, compar\u00e1vel segundo alguns especialistas a uma &#8220;Nova Revolu\u00e7\u00e3o Industrial&#8221;. Adicionalmente, assiste-se \u00e0 entrada no mercado de trabalho da &#8220;Gera\u00e7\u00e3o Z&#8221;, que interpreta o paradigma laboral de forma completamente diferente das gera\u00e7\u00f5es anteriores, requerendo um n\u00edvel de autonomia e flexibilidade in\u00e9dito para muitos sectores.<\/p>\n<p>Podia enumerar diversos outros factores com os quais nos cruzamos actualmente e que est\u00e3o a redesenhar por completo a forma de estar dos profissionais nas empresas. Contudo, apenas os dois que anteriormente referi, s\u00e3o j\u00e1 suficientes para alertar para o facto da &#8220;escassez de m\u00e3o-de-obra&#8221; &#8211; apontada recorrentemente como origem da dificuldade de atrair e reter equipas &#8211; estar longe de ser a principal causa dos n\u00edveis insustent\u00e1veis de rotatividade.<\/p>\n<p>Certas organiza\u00e7\u00f5es, exemplos de boa vis\u00e3o estrat\u00e9gica, t\u00eam proativamente empenhado esfor\u00e7os de reinven\u00e7\u00e3o, ao refrescar os seus paradigmas culturais e de interac\u00e7\u00e3o com o Capital Humano. Sim, est\u00e3o a reinterpretar de A a Z a forma de gerir o seu talento. Sim, est\u00e3o a reconfigurar a forma como atraem, comunicam, recompensam e at\u00e9 como se vinculam aos profissionais das gera\u00e7\u00f5es emergentes.
