Sendo j\u00e1 o maior grupo demogr\u00e1fico ativo no mercado de trabalho, as suas especificidades refletem-se nas empresas a v\u00e1rios n\u00edveis.<\/p>\n<p>Embora divirja em in\u00fameros aspectos da gera\u00e7\u00e3o Y \u2013 tamb\u00e9m conhecida como <em>millennials<\/em> -, a gera\u00e7\u00e3o Z tem em comum com esta um contexto s\u00f3cio-profissional particularmente desafiante. Se os <em>millennials<\/em> tiveram a sua entrada no mercado de trabalho literalmente atropelada pela crise do <em>subprime <\/em>a partir de 2007, os <em>zoomers<\/em> v\u00eam agora, e de forma totalmente inesperada, uma pandemia assolar a economia a n\u00edvel global.<\/p>\n<p>Mas quem \u00e9 afinal esta gera\u00e7\u00e3o, e que desafios levanta \u00e0 gest\u00e3o das organiza\u00e7\u00f5es de hoje?<\/p>\n<p>A abundante a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o levada a cabo para radiografar estes profissionais tem destaca tr\u00eas elementos chave na sua caracteriza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>O primeiro prende-se com o grau de mobilidade, um fator decisivo nas escolhas que fazem a n\u00edvel de carreira e organiza\u00e7\u00f5es.\u00a0 Segundo os especialistas \u201c<em>a liberdade para viajar por raz\u00f5es de carreira \u00e9 vista como um estilo de vida bastante atrativo para estes profissionais, cuja separa\u00e7\u00e3o entre a vida pessoal e profissional \u00e9 praticamente inexistente e que interpretam as transi\u00e7\u00f5es entre empresas como algo muito positivo\u201d<\/em> (Goh &amp; Okumus, 2019).<\/p>\n<p>O que nos leva ao segundo elemento. Esta \u00e9 a gera\u00e7\u00e3o que substitui o <em>\u201cwhat\u201d<\/em> pelo <em>\u201cwhy\u201d<\/em>. Mais do que projetos, os <em>zoomers<\/em> procuram causas. A quase inexistente separa\u00e7\u00e3o entre a dimens\u00e3o pessoal e laboral, leva-os a priorizarem fatores aspiracionais na gest\u00e3o do seu percurso profissional, como nenhuma outra gera\u00e7\u00e3o o fez. De forma a manterem uma profunda coer\u00eancia com os seus valores e cren\u00e7as, aspetos como as causas sociais da empresa, a sua sensibilidade ecol\u00f3gica e ambiental, ou as suas pr\u00e1ticas enquanto empregador, sobrep\u00f5em-se frequentemente a crit\u00e9rios mais materiais como o tipo de contrato, o pacote de benef\u00edcios, a dimens\u00e3o e a solidez econ\u00f3mica da empresa, entre outros elementos mais objetivos.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, o terceiro elemento de caracteriza\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 o ritmo de evolu\u00e7\u00e3o profissional. Segundo os investigadores, este grupo de profissionais tende a ficar mais propenso a sair da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o se, no espa\u00e7o de seis meses, n\u00e3o obtiver algum tipo de promo\u00e7\u00e3o profissional (Smith, Clement, &amp; Pitts, 2018). Tenhamos presente que se trata de nativos digitais, habituados ao imediatismo das solu\u00e7\u00f5es tecnol\u00f3gicas com que gerem a sua vida. Sim, estamos na era do <em>Information first<\/em>, onde a rela\u00e7\u00e3o causa-efeito tem de ser facilmente percebida. Dessa forma, \u00e9 natural que as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es que consigam definir e comunicar de forma clara o <em>roadmap <\/em>do percurso interno a um profissional Z, obtenham da parte deste um compromisso mais s\u00f3lido.<\/p>\n<p>Tendo em conta apenas estes tr\u00eas elementos, fica j\u00e1 razoavelmente not\u00f3ria a necessidade de mudan\u00e7a que a entrada desta gera\u00e7\u00e3o no mercado trabalho acarreta para as empresas. Se \u00e9 cl\u00e1ssica a express\u00e3o \u201ccliente interno\u201d junto dos profissionais de Recursos Humanos, esta gera\u00e7\u00e3o vem colocar num n\u00edvel absolutamente estrat\u00e9gico a passagem das promessas bem-intencionadas \u00e0s a\u00e7\u00f5es efetivas. Do mesmo modo, nunca foi t\u00e3o necess\u00e1ria a aproxima\u00e7\u00e3o entre as \u00e1reas de Recursos Humanos e de Marketing, tendo em conta a necessidade incontorn\u00e1vel de trabalhar a marca e o posicionamento da empresa de forma profissional junto deste novo \u201ccliente\u201d. Seja no momento da sua atrac\u00e3o em fase de recrutamento, seja na sua fideliza\u00e7\u00e3o ao longo da jornada profissional, o <em>zoomer<\/em> obriga o seu empregador a dar-se a conhecer a um n\u00edvel in\u00e9dito &#8211; o que a sua marca representa, na pr\u00e1tica, para os seus colaboradores. Sim, o <em>Employer Branding<\/em> \u00e9 um tema incontorn\u00e1vel. Sim, os <em>zoomers<\/em> vieram demonstrar que o trabalho merit\u00f3rio desenvolvido pelos profissionais formados em Gest\u00e3o de Recursos Humanos, Psicologia Organizacional ou Sociologia do Trabalho t\u00eam desenvolvido no sentido de potenciarem a sua marca enquanto empregadora necessita do pr\u00f3ximo passo; que s\u00e3o necess\u00e1rias sinergias estruturais com os estrategas cujo <em>expertise<\/em> reside na gest\u00e3o de uma marca comercial.
