BlueShift with 3 nominations for ADHP Excellence Awards

 

BlueShift – Achievers Make the Change has been nominated in three categories for the Excellence Awards of the Portuguese Hotel Directors Association (ADHP). BlueShift is a finalist for the Best Outsourcing Company award, achiever Oriol Juve is competing for the Best Sales, Marketing, and Sales Director award, and Tiago Rodrigues is nominated for Best Young Hotel Director.

Annually, the Portuguese Hotel Directors Association promotes the Excellence Awards to distinguish hotel directors in seven different categories, along with the Career Award. BlueShift is nominated in three categories among the finalists for the awards.

As an organization, recognized for its significance in consulting, hotel management, and asset management, BlueShift is nominated for the Best Outsourcing Company award.

On the other hand, BlueShift’s Sales Management Achiever, Oriol Juve, is a finalist in the Best Sales, Marketing, and Sales Director category. Currently leading the Sales Management Achievement Center at BlueShift, Oriol Juve heads the Sales and Marketing team at Praia D’El Rey Marriott Golf & Beach Resort. In his professional journey, he has held equivalent positions at Hotel Campo Real and Hotel Casa da Calçada Relais & Chateaux as General Manager.

Tiago Rodrigues is nominated for the Best Young Hotel Director award. A young talent nurtured by BlueShift, Tiago Rodrigues currently serves as the Maitre de Maison at Herdade da Matinha. He previously worked in the F&B sector for the Pestana group and in the financial area of Praia D’El Rey Marriott Golf & Beach Resort.

The winners of the ADHP Excellence Awards will be announced on April 6. Voting is conducted online at http://congresso.premios.adhp.org/votacao/.
